The watered down stories I keep watching. The blatant movie rip offs. And the previews for movies I've seen a dozen times with a different name. I'm sick to death of watching movies and leaving with a bad fucking taste in my mouth. Can't I see one? Just one movie that isn't a comedy that leaves me feeling good. I mean fuck! This is getting ridiculous... Scratch that, it is ridiculous.
I so sick of movies that I think are going to be decent turning out to be crap. Even worse the people who recommend such crap. It makes me feel as I'm moving farther away from everyone. I feel I can't value anyone’s opinion anymore.
Bottom line people suck. And not all of them are Republican.

And that is just a starting place. Some of these are "artistic", so be prepared for that. They are all great films, though.
What Hollywood churns out today is fast food for the American soul. Be glad that you have moved beyond it. There is a great mass of BEAUTIFUL film out there. You just have to learn to ignore the vast majority of the corporate slop.

I've been trying to see more of the Non mainstream movies. I'm just a movie buff of all types. I try not to discriminate for the most part. But Hollywood puts out shit that I won't have to travel to see on the big screen. So I end up with a gang on bullshit movies.
I'm to the point where renting stuff I haven't heard too much about is the only way to go. If it's mainstream it's off the list for principle.

Cripes, when I saw the trailer, I thought it couldn't get any worse, then I saw the title. And if I see Rene jowly duck-face Zellwanker in one more movie when she's in some long since past time period and crying, I'm going to have to shoot her. I got sick of her squinty-eyed, paunchy-cheeked face in Chicago and she really does NOT need to be making movies anymore.
